Material selection
Depending on the model, classic and exotic leathers, colors, hardware, and lining options may be used. The final selection is confirmed before work begins.
Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after technical description, price, timing, and payment terms are agreed. Before that stage, the request is not a binding order.
Changes
After work begins, major changes may affect price and timing or may not be possible. It is important to define all requirements clearly at the start.
Returns
A custom piece is made specifically for you and is generally not returnable unless the issue is connected to a production defect.
