Standard products
A return request should be sent as soon as possible after receiving the product, with order details and the reason for return. The item must be unused, complete, and in its original condition.

Custom orders
Items made to a custom size, color, material, or special modification are generally not returnable because they are created for a specific client.

Inspection
After receipt, the returned item is inspected. If it meets the return conditions, refund or exchange is agreed with the client.
